Dosage: Lesil tablets are administered once or twice daily depends upon the types & severity of infections.
For acute maxillary sinusitis daily dose is 250mg bid or 500mg od for 10 to 14 days.
For chronic bronchitis daily dose is 250mg bid or 500mg od for 7 days.
For commonly acquired pneumonia & nosocomial pneumonia daily dose is 250mg bid or 500mg od for 7 to 14 days & 750mg od for 5 days.
For typhoid fever & Paratyphoid fever daily dose is 250mg bid or 500mg od for 10 to 14 days.
For uncomplicated skin & soft tissue infections, daily dose is 750mg od for 7 to 14 days.
For complicated urinary tract infections daily dose is 250mg od for 3 days.
For complicated urinary tract infections daily dose is 250mg od for 10 days.
For acute pyelonephritis daily dose is 250mg od for 10 days.

Therapeutic Indications: Lesil tablets are indicated for the treatment of adults >18 with mild,moderate designated micro organisms in acute maxillary sinusitis, chronic bronchitis, pneumonia & nosocomial pneumonia, typhoid fever & Paratyphoid fever, uncomplicated skin & soft tissue infections, complicated urinary tract infections & acute pyelonephritis.
