Pakistan Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (PCSIR) was established in 1953 at Karachi as an autonomous body. It falls under the Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of Pakistan.
At present PCSIR labs complex, Karachi is comprised of 7 Centers with a total manpower of around 600 including 190 scientist and technologists.
The Labs of PCSIR are maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) and status of accreditation under ISO 17025 International Standard. These Labs of PCSIR are also accredited by, the Norwegian Accreditation (NA).
Each and every batch of Reign pharmaceutical’s products are tested and released by PCSIR laboratory before it is allowed to go in the market.
