For chronic bacterial prostatitis:
Mild/moderate……………………………. 500mg twice daily 28days.
For lower respiratory tract infections:
mild/moderate…………..500mg twice daily,7 to 14 days.
severe…………..750mg twice daily,7 to 14 days.
For acute sinusitis:
Mild/moderate……………………………. 500mg twice daily, 10 days.
skin & skin infections :
mild/moderate…………..500mg twice daily,7 to 14 days.

Bone & Joint infections:
